Snack: feta cheese frittata

Dinner: grilled chicken meat and a bowl of veggie soup

Thursday

Breakfast: Santa Fe frittata

Snack: a few cheese sticks

Lunch: grilled chicken meat and cilantro salad

Snack: peanut butter and fresh celery

Dinner: crock-pot chicken and zucchini bites with cheese

Friday

Breakfast: Santa Fe frittata

Snack: fresh vegetables with Mediterranean feta dip

Lunch: green salad with olive oil and salt, bowl of veggie soup

Snack: feta cheese, tomatoes and cucumber salad

Dinner: cheese-filled bread sticks

Saturday

Breakfast: egg muffins without the crust

Snack: fresh vegetables with Mediterranean feta dip

Lunch: cheese-filled bread sticks

Snack: fresh vegetables with Mediterranean feta dip

Dinner: chicken drumsticks with lemon juice and garlic and zucchini bites with cheese

Sunday

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms

Snack: cottage cheese (1/2 a cup)

Lunch: light vegetable soup

Snack: tamari almonds

Dinner: chicken drumsticks and green bean salad leftovers
