The underlying principles of iridology.

Your iris is an extension of your brain with several thousand nerve endings, and in order to use this technique, you first need to understand the correct way to examine yourself. The colors ,and patterns of your iris are related to the health, and well being of your internal organs because they connect to the iris through your nerves. Another important thing to consider is that each organ is located in a certain space of your left or right eye.

What you can learn from this.

If you examine the lines of your iris, the ones that stretch from your pupil to the outer rim of your eye, and they begin to look similar to the lines on hardwood floors, this could be a sign that your body has a strong ability to recover from illness or injury, in addition to strong vitals. however if they more closely resemble softwood, then you may have some hidden health problems.

As mentioned before, each one of your organs is represented in a specific area of your eye, so when the lines become distorted, or begin to move farther apart, it could be a sign of some internal irregularity. This is most commonly linked to weak blood circulation, or improper blood flow, but depending on the specific part of your iris that is effected, it may be due to the unhealthiness of one or more of your organs.

Color changes, or the appearance of white markings in your iris are also indications of internal health problems. If you normally have blue/green eyes, and there are noticeable brownish declarations it could be a warning sign of liver failure, and gall bladder issues, possibly related to an allergic reaction of some kind. However, digestive, and respiratory system issues are a more common cause of a change in color.

When white markings appear on your iris, it usually has to with organ inflammation. However, other colored spots can appear on your iris depending on the severity of the organ problem. If the marks start to become a darker grey or brown it might be mean your organs are weak, lack stimulation, or are possibly close to failure. As your organs begin to heal, the colored markings on your iris will begin to lighten until they completely disappear.
